CANCELLATION POLICY
🚫NO CALL/NO SHOW/CANCELATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SET APPOINTMENT will result in a 100% charge of expected services. This situation results in a direct loss of revenue as we could have given the appointment to another client IF we had been notified with proper advance. ⏱️LATE FEES will be enforced if you are late AFTER your 15 minute GRACE PERIOD. This will carry a fee of $10. Anything later than this will be an automatic NO SHOW/CANCELATION and 100% of the service will be CHARGED.
